John Frazier Hunt

Prior to forming this firm, Mr. Hunt was engaged in private practice since 1972 in medium and large law firms in Philadelphia. In addition, he was general counsel for a multi-national New York Stock Exchange listed company in the health care field. Mr. Hunt has had an extensive merger and acquisition, securities law, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate and commercial lending practice, as well as providing a wide range of general corporate and business advice to public and private companies.

J. Randolph Lawlace

Mr. Lawlace is a business and finance lawyer concentrating on complex legal and financial transactions with extensive experience with tax-exempt financings for educational and health care institutions, school districts, municipalities and other governmental entities. Mr. Lawlace has been employed by a major regional financial services firm where he acted as investment banker and financial advisor for local municipalities and school districts in Pennsylvania. He also acted as in-house counsel for a major health care system responsible for corporate, finance, transactional and general business matters. For several years Mr. Lawlace served as an elected municipal official in a large suburban township.
